My cake is damaged, what happened?
We sincerely apologize for your experience. If for some reason the box and cake is noticeably damaged, please include a photo of the shipping box (external), the package and the cake itself. We will contact you ASAP to find a solution. We are here to help and give you the best solution possible!
Can I ship the cake back? Receive a refund?
Oh no! What happened? Unfortunately we do not issue refunds. All transactions are finalized the moment a cake order is placed. We do invite you to keep the cake no matter what case it may be (to minimize health and safety issues and extra hassle on your part) and dispose of it in any means that is best for you. We will contact you and find the best solution!
